NOTES: Oregon Revenue Building as viewed from across Center Street on the north end of the Capitol Mall. While the Revenue Building rooftop provided some of the best views of Salem to the West and South, the zigzag layout of the roof made clear views and proper perspectives in other directions nearly impossible. This photo was taken April 13, 1999. The rooftop photos were taken 13 months earlier, on March 18, 1998.
